FAQ
What will happen to my existing emails?
After configuration, new external emails will be routed to Google/Microsoft’s server. Customer may continue to download existing emails via POP3 or access them via webmail. Once emails are downloaded, we will disable email hosting on old server to ensure that all new emails will be sent to Google’s server.
What will happen to my website?
We will manage the process and try to ensure that the website will not be affected.
How long will the transfer take?
We normally perform setup during evening/night time. Customer should be able to access their new Google/Microsoft powered emails by next morning,.
How do I create/modify user in the future?
We will provide the Administrator login/pw after initial setup. Customer can DIY perform updates on user. Alternatively, customer can engage us to perform updates.
Who will I contact for Email problem?
Web hosting customers may continue to contact us for general advise. We will advise on issues which we know off but for troubleshooting, customer may need to contact Google/Microsoft directly for support.
