Office Assistant

Please read this portion first.

Main Duties:

  • Provide basic customer service. Handle general office/admin duties.
  • Handle basic artwork. Eg. print layouts,  image touchup etc (training will be provided).
  • Operate simple printing equipment such as digital printer and laminator (training will be provided).

Qualities:

  • Self starter. Multi-tasker.
  • Basic usage of Excel and MS Word.
  • Not afraid of learning new software. 
  • Basic knowledge with Photoshop and Illustrator will be an advantage. Otherwise training will be provided for suitable candidate.

Salary: Depending on your qualification and experience.
Working Hours: Office hours.  5 days work week.
Location: Work place will be at Yishun (Chong Pang).
Interview: Only short listed candidates will be invited for an interview.
