Office Assistant (Full Time / Part Time)

Please read this portion first.

Main Duties:

  • General office admin duties/chores, invoicing, basic accounting entries and data entry.
  • Stocktaking, packing, courier co-ordination.  Basic customer service.
  • Assist in providing basic customer service and quotation.  On the job training will be provided.
  • Help out with printing when needed. Operate simple printing equipment such as printer and laminator.

Skills/Qualities:

  • Self starter.  Multitasker.
  • Basic accounting experience/knowledge will be helpful. Training will be provided.
  • Minimum software skill needed:  Word processing and Spreadsheet. 

Salary: Depending on your qualification and experience.
Location: Workplace will be in Yishun.  Air-conditioned environment.
Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
