FAQ
What will happen to my existing emails?
Once transferred to Zoho, new external emails will be routed to Zoho’s server. Customer may continue to download existing emails via POP3 or access them via webmail. Once emails are downloaded, we will disable email hosting on old server to ensure that all new emails will be sent to Zoho’s server.
What will happen to my website?
We will manage the process and try to ensure that the website will not be affected.
How long will the transfer take?
We normally perform setup during evening/night time. Customer should be able to access their new Zoho powered emails by next morning,.
How do I create/modify user in the future?
We will provide the Zoho Apps Administrator login/pw after initial setup. Customer can DIY perform updates on user. Alternatively, customer can engage us to perform updates ($30 per attempt, up to 3 users per attempt) or take up our Support Plan.
Who will I contact for Email problem?
Web hosting customers may continue to contact us for general advise. We will advise on issues which we know off but for troubleshooting, we will customer to contact Zoho directly for support.
Customers who take up the support plan can rely on us to troubleshoot email issues and/or be referred to the relevant Zoho guide to resolve their issues. Where necessary, we can help submit issues to ZOHO.
