How long does it take to complete the whole project. A basic CMS website usually take 2-4 weeks to complete. We try our best to do up the site as soon as possible but it takes time to do a proper job.

Do you provide training? Yes, our CMS package includes minimum 1 hour of 1-to-1 personalised training. Training will be on your actual website (not generic site) as this allow faster familiarisation of the system and do a test run to make sure it is working properly.
How soon will it take for my domain name to become ‘live’? This depends on how soon the domain name will be approved. It usually takes between 1-3 days for website to be visible worldwide upon domain approval. Domain names are usually approved almost instantly. Email can start to work before website is ‘live’
What format do you accept for content? Write-ups for each page should be provided by the client in softcopy. MS-Word or email format is preferred. Images provided can be in softcopy jpeg/jpg, gif or png.
